Dhl Malawi International - Blantyre

Very worst and hopeless service. Imported car from Be Forward Japan. The original documents were dispatched from the document centre Be Forward Tanzania on 10th Decembee 2020. Till 21st December the documents were not delivered. On tracking the shipment I found that instead sending the documents directly to Malawi it was first sent to Nairobi then Lusaka Zambia then Malawi and receiving the documents at DHL Lilongwe they take 2 days to send it to Blantyre and DHL Blantyre is sleeping on the documents after receiving at their Delivery Facility didnt even care to inform that documents has been received and never try to deliver in time. 2 Weeks to deliver an urgent documents!! Yet why the name is DHL Express when the service is slower than a goods train???!!! Shame Shame

Had them try to collect my passport from south African Canadian embassy on the east August 31st 2017. But they had not done anything by the 8th of September 2017. When I tried to find out if the parcel has been picked up.they only told me they will call me back which they didn't . My friends have started xool and am still trying to get them to collect my passport. They can't refund me either. Very annoying....Am going to seek legal advice on damages e.g. cancelling flights late registration fee etc f***....

Appalling service. Parcel was received by DHL Blantyre on 10th Dec 2015 and no representative made any attempt to contact the recipient or the shipper. The recipient contacted them on 14th and it took all day to find the box then despite it saying payment required since 10th they could not say until 15th how much. Attempting to charge 200% of the value of the goods and when told its 30% they said it's not!!! Now taken 1 week to inspect the contents of the box and I am now goung to have to have the box returned to uk as cheaper than paying the duty taxes. The contents are Xmas gifts. Consequently I will now never send anything to Malawi as fraudulent and corrupt.
