Question for Multichoice Malawi

I paid for compact plus on 11 Aug 2017 and my decorder was connected. But the following day was disconnected showing code E16-4.
On top of that the previous bouquet of Access which was not expired was also disconnected.
My question is why are you doing like this more over this was week end when you close the office.
