City Building Contractors Ltd. - Blantyre, Malawi

City Building Contractors was established in 1968 and registered in 1975 under the “Consultants and Contractors Registration Board” to carry out building work and maintenance contracts. In 1982 the company was upgraded to the “Unlimited Category”. In 1996 was registered under the “National Construction Industry Council” of Malawi. City Building Contractors Ltd has been a member the Master Builders Association of Malawi since 1975.

The company, to date, has secured and successfully completed major contracts throughout Malawi. Our sound working relationship with various consultants dates back over our entire working career.

The Head Office is situated along Masauko Chipembere Highway, in Blantyre, and comprises of management and administration offices, joinery and wood working machinery workshops, motor vehicle and plant workshop.
