Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Blantyre, Malawi, Funwe Farm Limited is a leading producer, promoter, and distributor of hybrid and Open Pollinated Varieties (OPV) maize and legume seeds. The company owns two farms, Funwe and Mitongwe, and also sources seeds from out growers. Funwe Farm Limited supplies its products to smallholders in Malawi through the Agricultural Inputs Subsidy Scheme.
