Review waste of time

I am trying contact the City assembly of Blantyre. The telephone number that are in the web site are not in use any more . If you are not able to have a useful website what is the point of keeping. Better to remove it. I wanted to ask about the collection of carbage in Blantyre ( Kristwich area). This is the 4th week that nobody is coming. People are throwing their garbage in the streams or long the road. You want to keep Blantyre clean and green??? what is your plan??? we need an urgent action!!!!!!
